The theme of this work party is "Dump Run". We have a member who has access to a dump trailer and we are going to fill it!
We are going to take this opportunity to clean up any trash, junk, used up target frames and bases.
With the rebuilding of the range backstops, we'll need to counteract the acid effect of our redwood environment by spreading crushed oyster shell on both backstops. We have approx 100 50lb sacks to spread. So gloves and masks (the club will provide masks) are a good idea. I'll be looking for a large crew to tackle this task! We'll also spread some oyster shell in the rifle range stilling ponds and the gravel bed leading up to the ponds. Check the pistol house roof for leaf litter and remove if necessary. Please bring your leaf blowers. General cleanup of both the rifle and pistol houses. Get the log out of the creek and place it along the road above the cluvert. Coffee and breakfast items will be available at 830 when you arrive
