Projects: Pistol house - Fill bullet holes in the headers that hold up the roof. Paint the headers too! Access Road - dig a trench up toward the old shotgun range to drain subsurface water running down the ravine and install a crushed rock french drain angled toward and onto the creek. We'll need a backhoe to dig the ditch.
Access Road - Remove 3- 4 inches of loose soil from the last 50 yards on the access road just before the back gate. (Our propane delivery truck got stuck in the muck created by super saturated soil). Grade and compress the road. Be great if we could get the tractor work done ahead of time. Access Road - Install geo-cell surface reinforcing subgrade support matrix and fill with crushed rock. Tamp or roll to compress the surface. Pistol house - Replace shot up soundproofing material on the left side of the ballistic wall. Rifle and Pistol houses - Check the condition of the target stands and repair or replace. ************ Need two volunteers for coffee and lunch. Register - Click Here
